My ultimate goal in training is to impact and improve the lives of others through exercise. I'm committed to finding ways for people to enjoy their time in the gym and to help them develop accessible and sustainable practices when it comes to fitness and overall health and well-being. 

After many years playing high-contact sports as a teenager, I sustained many chronic injuries that took years to recover from. It wasn't just about learning the proper techniques and mechanics in rehabilitation, but it was learning how to continually show up for myself and stay consistent that ultimately brought about my success in recovering from them.

I am here to help you build the foundations for a life-long relationship with exercise and, as a coach, I aim to teach my clients the skills and knowledge needed so they can continue to maintain fitness for life. Regardless of your experience or ability, and whether or not you're recovering from injury, developing a good relationship with exercise is key to feeling strong, capable and confident, both in and out of the gym. 

In 2023, I joined the team at Kfit Conditioning, in downtown Victoria. Kfit offers a team of some of the most highly educated and professional coaches in Victoria.
